Price List for Existing Home Inspections

When you order a home inspection from Bow Tie Home Inspection our prices are based upon the square footage of the home, the type of foundation (either slab or pier and beam), the age of the building, location and any additions to the inspection such as swimming pools, septic, etc. The inspection, including the report will take between 4 - 8 hours depending upon the size and age of the home and if generating and printing the report onsite is requried.  If you find someone that will do it for less time and money you need to ask yourself,  what is it they are not inspecting because a good inspection will take this long and can not be done for any less money. 

Due to the changing economy, locations, add on items and if you want the report printed on site it is not possible to quote prices until it all questions have been answered. Please call 972-345-5905 for discuss and pricing information.

Inspection can include: 

·        An on-site generated Inspection report with pictures in any of the following formats,

         Hardcopy, E-mail or CD.

·        A three ring binder with useful information related to the care and upkeep of your

         new home.

·        A walk through explaining any concerns or issues you have related to your new home.

·        A Copy of the Texas Real Estate Commission Standards of Practice (SOP).

·        Pocket inserts to store and review maintenance issue related to your new home.
